Visitor e-vouchers information

How to register for, buy and use visitor e-vouchers that let your visitors park near your home in Islington.

Using visitor e-vouchers

You can buy visitor e-vouchers to use now or up to two days before you need them. They are online so you don't need to display them in your vehicle. You can use them during match day additional control hours too.

If you want a book of paper vouchers sent to you in the post instead, here's what you need to do.

Where you can park with visitor e-vouchers

Vehicles with a visitor e-voucher can park in:

  • resident permit bays
  • resident shared-use bays (permit or metered)
  • your area for the time slot you choose. You can check your parking zone by typing your postcode into our 'your local area' search.

For visitors with a motorcycle, buy a non-resident motorcycle permit to park. Costs for a permit and how to buy one are on our short-stay parking page.

Cost of visitor e-vouchers

All vouchers for diesel, petrol and petrol hybrid cars must pay a fuel surcharge on top of the standard price.

Visitor e-vouchers are discounted if you are either:

  • 60 or over

Buying e-vouchers for match days

Visitors parking in areas with additional match day controls on match days must buy visitor e-vouchers during those controls. They can't use visitor paper vouchers. Find out more about Emirates Stadium additional match day controls.

  1. Book normal e-vouchers for all usual parking restrictions up to the additional match day hours.
  2. Then, buy e-vouchers for additional match day controls in a separate purchase from other e-vouchers.

For example: You need to book e-visitor hours up to 7pm. Match day controls begin at 6.30pm. You must book one set of vouchers up to 6.30pm. Then, you should book 30 minutes more at the match day control hours price.

RingGo's app won't tell you to do this. Make sure you've done this right before your visitor parks.
