Manor Gardens have developed a successful community-based model to facilitate access to psychotherapy; and provide opportunities for people to explore feelings and gain some insight into psychodynamic psychotherapy and the benefits of such therapy.

They also provide a psycho-educational group which is a specific type of group therapy that focuses on addressing people’s experiences, difficulties and ways of coping.
