Parking

Buy concessionary vouchers

Buy discounted visitor parking vouchers if you are 60 and over or are getting Disability Living or Employment and Support Allowance.

You can buy paper visitor vouchers at discounted prices if you are either:

  • 60 and over
  • getting Disability Living or Employment and Support Allowance.

If you are not either of these, you can still buy standard price paper visitor vouchers.

Buy discounted paper visitor vouchers

You cannot log in with your My eAccount or My Islington username and password. You must create a separate parking account.

If you have already registered, you can buy paper visitor vouchers.

Visitor vouchers are a type of parking permit. Choose 'apply for a permit' and then scroll to 'Visitor Vouchers - Authorisation request for Concessionary Rate'. Fill in the form and you will be able to buy discounted visitor vouchers.

If you find it hard to use the parking system or a computer, contact Access Islington on 020 7527 1414 and one of the team will help you set up an account and take payment for your vouchers.

Lost vouchers

If you do not receive the vouchers you ordered from us within 10 days, you must complete a voucher indemnity form so that we can send you new ones.

What you need

You’ll need to provide one proof of address which can be:

  • utility bill
  • council letter
  • tenancy agreement
  • drivers license.

You’ll also need to provide one piece of identification which could be:

  • copy of your passport
  • driving licence
  • freedom pass
  • birth certificate
  • personal independence payment letter
  • department for work and pensions letter.

If you are in zone C or K, you will need to order visitor e-vouchers online or through a smartphone app from RingGo.

Check your parking zone by typing your postcode into the 'Your local area' page.
