Help me fix pilot

Pilot of video appointments for real-time assessment of emergency repairs and damp and mould inspections.

We are excited to announce the pilot of video appointments for emergency repairs and damp and mould inspections running from June 2025 to November 2025. 

Help me Fix is a specialised repairs triage service that connects residents with supervisors via video, enabling real-time visual assessments without the need to download an app. 

With video appointments, we can more easily and accurately identify issues and see what parts are required. We'll be able to prioritise urgent issues first, thanks to better planning from our initial video assessments. Plus, our team can instantly share insights and solutions, making the whole process smoother. 

Video calls are optional and won't replace in-person visits. Repairs will only be cancelled if we can resolve the issue during the video call.
