No. All casual market trading day payments will now be made the online payment form.
You can use this form to pay for trading at a particular market on your chosen day, as long as you are registered to trade at that market.
Once payment is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your trading receipt.
The receipt is only valid for the specific market and trading day you have chosen.
You’ll need to show this receipt to the council officer on the day of trading.
What do I do on the day of trading at the market?
Once you set up your stall(s), you need to show a digital or printed copy of your trading day receipt to the council officer at your chosen market. Payments must be made before 10am
Your receipt will be attached to the confirmation email you receive after paying using the online payment form
What happens if I don't have a receipt or I haven't paid using the online payment form?
If you don’t have a valid receipt for your chosen day and market, you won’t be allowed to trade.
Can I change the date of trading after I’ve paid using the online payment form?
No. Once payment is confirmed your choices cannot be changed and all payments are non-refundable.
You should check your choice of market and trading day before completing your payment.
Can I get a refund if I am not able to trade on my chosen date?
No, all casual market trading day payments are non-refundable.
Are there any other ways to pay for a pitch?
No. All casual market trading day payments will now be made the online payment form.
Can I pay for more than one pitch on the online payment form?
Yes, you can pay more than one pitch. But, we can’t guarantee pitches will be side by side.
I used to be able to pay for more than one day's trading at a time. Can I still do this?
No. You can only make single trading day payments using the online payment form.
Each receipt is only valid for a specific day and market. So, you’ll have to make separate payments for each day you want to trade.
I have made mistake. I selected the wrong day of trading and/or market, can this be changed?
No, once purchased the payment is not refundable or exchangeable for another date.
