Adoption and fostering

Every child deserves a safe, secure and happy childhood. We need individuals and couples to make a real difference to the lives of children and young people by adopting a child or becoming a foster carer.

  • Adoption

Adopting a child is a life-long commitment. When you adopt, you will become their legal parent and raise them as your own. Support is available throughout the adoption process.

  • Fostering

Fostering is looking after someone else’s child in your own home either short or long term. You may look after babies, children and young people up to 21. You will receive an allowance, training and support.
